Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with change-of-mind returns.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions before sending the item back.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Dimigy is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

Upon review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund where appropriate.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Refund Conditions

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The item has been used, opened, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • The product is returned without authorization.

  • The item is not returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • The return request is submitted more than 30 days after delivery.

Order Refusal & Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept the package

  • Refusal to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees

The original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is requested.

Customs & Import Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with local import regulations and restrictions.

If a shipment is delayed, held, or rejected by customs authorities due to local regulations or customer non-compliance, Dimigy is not responsible for such delays.

If a shipment is returned to us by customs or the carrier, refund eligibility for the product value will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis after the returned package is received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Address

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

The appropriate return address and instructions will be provided after your return request has been approved.
